New-build apartment handover in Morocco: checks
Key handover is not merely a visual visit. It compares the delivered unit with agreed plans and specifications, records defects and organises follow-up.
Prepare an inspection checklist
Check windows, finishes, plumbing, electricity, ventilation, equipment and outdoor areas room by room, using contractual plans and documents.
Record precise defects
Describe the location and nature of each defect, add photographs and retain the signed record. Vague comments are harder to track.
Organise corrections
Clarify the contact, schedule and reinspection process. In parallel, prepare insurance, utilities, condominium matters and furnishing.
